The frame rate per second or frame rate determines the smoothness of the game. The higher the FPS, the faster and better the game experience. On 6 August, OnePlus announced that it was partnering with PUBG Mobile to provide players with exclusive 90fps gaming experiences through 7 September. However, not all devices of the brand will support this feature.
List of devices that support 90 fps in PUBG Mobile
Currently, as a result of participation, players with any of the following devices will be able to play PUBG mobile at 90 frames per minute:
- OnePlus 7 Pro,
- OnePlus 7,
- OnePlus 7T Pro,
- OnePlus 8,
- OnePlus 8 Pro
Many devices are expected to run games at 90fps. After this particular period ends, all players with a device capable of playing the game at 90 frames per second must be able to do so.
This means that Android like Google Pixel 4, Samsung Galaxy S20, Asus ROG Phone 2 and Realme X3 will be able to reach this high frame rate.
How to enable 90fps in PUBG Mobile
Enabling this feature in the game is easy. Users must first set the screen refresh rate at 90Hz, which can be easily navigated through the phone’s screen settings. After doing this, the following steps can be taken:
Step 1: Open PUBG Mobile and click on the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click the Graphics tab, and under the FPS option, select 90 FPS.
The move to bring 90FPS to PUBG Mobile is revolutionary and will take the battle royale experience to a new level.
